Dr. Iorio is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and has been practicing since 1981. He earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completed his residency at Hermann Hospital in Texas.
Dr. Saba is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and has been practicing since 1983. He earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency.
Dr. Saba was the former Chief of Pediatrics Services at Cardon Children's Medical Center.
Dr. Seitter is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and has been practicing since 1994. He earned his medical degree at University of California Medical School and completed his residency at University of Utah.
Tierra is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joins us after working in a pediatric office in Scottsdale for the last couple of years. She grew up in Seattle, WA and completed her undergraduate degree at Washington State University. As a Registered Nurse, Tierra worked at Seattle Children's Hospital on the Hematology/Oncology unit administering chemotherapy, performing bone marrow transplants, and caring for the critically il. In 2016, she moved to Arizona with her husband, Jarrett, and attended graduate school at Arizona State University. During her doctoral studies, Tierra's capstone project and area of focus was in pediatric vaccination, primarily in patient and family education regarding the HPV vaccine.Tierra and Jarrett have a 2 year old daughter named Blakely and two (very large) pups, Dakota and Dane.Tierra loves travelling with her family, taking her dogs on walks, and watching HGTV to come up with new house projects for her husband!
Laura Karnitschnig, DNP, CPNP, is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who grew up in the Phoenix Valley. She completed her undergraduate studies in Maryland and her graduate studies at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2003. As a registered nurse, she cared for children and families in Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatrics, and Cardiac Care. Her doctoral studies, completed at Northern Arizona University in 2015, focused on family screening and health promotion. Laura K. is passionate about health promotion, prevention, and wellness in healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children. She likes to go on long walks with her dog, gardening, and has recently taken up the sport of Pickleball.

Dr. Tarek El-Masri is new to Arizona with 23 years of experience as a Pediatrician, he moved to the valley after practicing in Leitchfield, Kentucky for 14 years. He is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
Tarek and his wife, an 8th grade teacher, enjoy time with their 3 children. Their oldest is a student as ASU who enjoys soccer, his daughter is an avid swimmer, and his youngest daughter enjoys cooking and aspires to be a Chef.
Dr. El-Masri enjoys all aspects of pediatric development and growth and is especially knowledgeable in assessing and treating asthma.
