Ms. Kathy Chojnacki is a dual board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience providing care for infants, childrens and teens. She understands that optimal care requires close coordination with the parents and the child. She treats and educates every family with the same respect and compassion she would give to her own family. Her expansive skill set, accumulated at renowned children’s hospitals and pediatric programs, has led to her passion for caring for children with gastrointestinal diseases, allergies and asthma.
While born in the midwest, the picturesque sunsets, warm climate and nearby family have made it easy for her to call Arizona home. Kathy is an avid Green Bay Packers fan and makes an annual trip to Lambeau Field in Wisconsin to watch her favorite football team play. She is also a proud “fur mom” who enjoys walking and playing with her one-eyed rescue dog Sven.
